Openbox X-810 always says card not inserted

I lived in about 150 km outside the city of Sydney Australia.
I have a little problem with my openbox x 810 satellite receiver that I bought in here thru ebay.
Seem like the the receiver don want read the card that I inserted.The receiver always says card not inserted.I have no idea whats wrong.
But what I like to do is if you perhaps have software ..the lates will be good plase email me with the attachment of the software or just let me know where the site the this software for x810 available .
Your site is very interesting but I don’t speak the language.
